SHIPPING POLICY
Our shipping department is opened Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm pst (closed on major holidays). All orders must be received before 9am pst in order to be processed the same business day. Please note that delivery time is estimated unless shown as guaranteed. We will not be responsible for delays caused by the shipping carriers we use to delivery your package. If there are any damages or delays by the carrier we will need to file a claim with the carrier to get any type of refund. 
We try our best to make sure our customers get their packages on time. If you need anything urgently or by a certain date we recommend you contact us after you place your order to ensure you get your package on time. 
 
RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@nuvacolors.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

There will be a 10% restocking fee on all returns. If you received free shipping you will be charged for the shipping fee we paid if you decide to return the product. 
 
Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Pictures of damaged items recommended.
 
Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns on open items. This is for our customers safety as well as their clients. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
 
Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
 
REFUND POLICY
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return (1-2 business days upon receipt of package), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (typically 3-7 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
