Shipping Policy

Our shipping department operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST (excluding major holidays).

  • Orders received before 9:00 AM PST are processed the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 9:00 AM PST will be processed on the next business day.

  • Delivery times shown at checkout are estimated unless stated as guaranteed.

  • Nuva Colors is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carriers. For any delay or damage, a claim will need to be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

If you require expedited processing or need your package by a specific date, please contact us immediately after placing your order at support@nuvacolors.com.


Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and with tags intact.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To begin a return, email us at support@nuvacolors.com.
If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions.
Do not send items back without first contacting us—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Important Return Notes:

  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.

  • If you received free shipping, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@nuvacolors.com.
Include photos of the issue to help us resolve the matter promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety standards in the PMU industry, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please reach out to us before opening it.


Exchanges

To make an exchange, please return the unwanted item following our return process. Once approved, place a new order for your desired product.


Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected (1–2 business days after we receive it), we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
